Based on this and our experience, we will get back to you with an offer for one or more options. If you decide to use our services, we will book the selected solution with the airline and send you a draft Airwaybill (AWB) for approval. In addition, we make consignment notes for transport from door to airport. Once the AWB has been approved, we ensure that the shipment is picked up at the agreed address.
If desired, we can assist with necessary documentation such as the export declaration, EUR1, import customs clearance, or similar.
We continue to follow the shipment until it arrives at the recipient. Should there be any delays, we will detect this quickly and work closely with the airline to ensure that the shipment reaches the recipient as soon as possible.
